Required Information

Please have the following information on hand: number or people in your group, amenities and services needed by the group, date of your stay, any special requirements. Our knowledgeable staff is willing to assist in planning your event. Simply be sure to inform them of any needs or wants.

Deposit

A $ 250 deposit will reserve the date for your group stay. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation if more than 30 days notice is being given. No refund on less than 30 days’ cancellation notice. Full payment is due upon checkout.

Smoking and Alcohol Policies

The Lifestyle Center of America campus, which includes the Lake View Conference Center upholds a breathe free policy and is therefore a no smoking campus. Additionally, the campus upholds an alcohol free environment. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on campus.

Pet Policy

Lake View Conference Center does not allow pets on the premises.
