In February and March of 2008, Lifestyle Center of America’s authors of The 30-day Diabetes Miracle traveled in a bus across the nation, starting in Los Angeles and ending in New York. While promoting the book, they gave free seminars on how to stop the progression of diabetes and towards the end of the tour started testing for diabetes using equipment donated by Abbott Laboratories.

The results of the tour and the diabetes testing inspired our team to travel the country giving Stopping Diabetes Seminars and Workshops in major metropolitan areas.

The seminars and workshops cover:

the reason that lifestyle medicine works in stopping diabetes
practical things you can do to incorporate the three pillars of the program into your daily life

optimal nutrition
physical activity as medicine
how to make better choices stick

We keep it relevant and simple in order to give you the most out of the experience.
